Nicholas Dei Kumi
President
A resourceful and enthusiastic Archivist and Management Information Systems (MIS) Consultant endowed with requisite skills and expertise in digitalization, information systems, managing of both manual and electronic records and archives with a passion to exceed clients’ expectation. Currently a ministerial student at the Pentecost University pursuing Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology. Holds a Master of
Science Degree in Management Information Systems from Coventry University, UK, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Information and History from the University of Ghana, Diploma in Records and Archives Administration from University of Ghana, a Certificate in Theology and Church Administration from Pentecost University and a Certificate in Digitization from Kings College, United Kingdom.
Altogether, have over ten years working experience in information management, archiving, digitization of records and assisting with implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP), Alfresco in University of Ghana and undertaking various projects such as setting up of archives, restructuring of records, digitization of manual records, among others in organizations such as Ghana National Petroleum Commission, Security and Exchange Commission, Quality and Control unit of Cocoa Board, Beige Bank, RegencyNem Insurance Company.
Have attended a number of training and workshops key among which are information Security and Data Protection organized by the Association of Records and Archives Managers of Ghana. Professionally affiliated to the Association of Records and Archives Managers of Ghana and currently the National President of the Association. Also a member of Records, Archives and Statistics Committee of the Church of Pentecost.
Isaac Issah Armstrong
Vice-President
Isaac Issah Armstrong is the Vice President of the Archivists and Records Managers Association of Ghana. He has about 12 years post graduate experience in Information management with specialization in Enterprise Content Management, Records Management, Information Governance, Data Protection, Project Management, and Data Analysis. He currently works as the Senior Document Controls Coordinator for Abiomed in the United States of America.
Mustapha Abdulai
Financial Secretary
Mr. Mustapha Abdulai has qualifications in Mphil Information Studies, M.A. Information Studies
Bachelor of Management Studies. He has about 12 years post graduate experience in Information management with specialization in Records & Archives restructuring and training. He currently works at Bank of Ghana and Heads the Archives section department.
Maxwell Quarshie
Organizing Secretary
Maxwell Quarshie has a qualification in M.A Info Studies, B.A Info Studies, Dip in Archives, Microsoft Certified System Associate (MCSA), Dip Network Engineering & A+. He currently works at the Judicial Service of Ghana and heads the Records & Archives Unit – Ashanti Region
Emelia Kyereh
Deputy Organizing Secretary
Emelia Kyereh is the Deputy Organizing Secretary of the Archivists and Records Managers Association of Ghana. She has qualification in M.A Info Studies – Records Management Option, B.A Info Studies- Records Management With Political Science, Diploma in Archives Administration, Computer Application- City and Guilds Grade 1&2, A3 Year Teacher Training Cert. She currently works at Consolidated Bank Ghana Ltd as an Archivist or Records Management Expert.
Perfect Mawusi Ocran Haizel

Mrs. Perfect Mawusi Ocran Haizel has qualifications in Mphil Information Studies, M.A. Information Studies
Bachelor of Management Studies. She has over 10 years experience in Information management. She currently works at Ministry of Trade and Industry and is the Head of the Records Unit
Henrietta M.G. Hofe
Treasurer
Henrietta Hofe has a qualification in MA Information Studies, Archives option ; BA Information Studies. She currently works at the University of Ghana Archives as an Administrator.
